On the eve of the auspicious day of Rathasapthami, the SYC family is all set to practice its annual marathon of a 108 Surya Namaskars.
With several weeks of consistent practice and with all manner of instant energy boosters at hand, from bananas and chocolates to GlucoVita tabs for those who need an extra nudge, SYC is, as always, a class apart in its preparation.
Dressed in this year’s aquamarine blue tshirt, the SYC community will offer its tribute to Sun God at the break of dawn, committing to a healthier lifestyle in mind and body
