During the time of pregnancy the body goes through a number of physical and emotional changes primarily due to hormonal changes. Some women experience discomfort, uneasiness, restlessness, lack of sleep, problems related to digestion, and loss of self confidence. With prenatal yoga sequence, the goal is to keep the body and mind in a positive state with a sense of confidence and acceptance.
